tracker:read: Read projects, issues, releases, test cycles and documentstracker:write: Create issues, change their status and write documents on your behalf
Inside the organization, the connection sees only the projects the person is a member of (organization admins and owners see all of them) and every action follows their role in the project (PO/PM, QA, dev, stakeholder).
